Love at First Sign

When celebrity astrologer Chani Nicholas found out that Nicole Byer had been through a birth chart reading before, she was curious: What did it say? “That I would find love in March,” the comedian and Nailed It! host replied. “But then I didn’t!”

Nonexistent.”

The chart for this Virgo-sun Virgo-rising funny lady provided some insights into the year ahead when it comes to all things communication and relationships. And while it may be too late for love in March, here’s hoping for July . . . or maybe December?

There’s something interesting happening in Nicole’s chart regarding love. For a couple of months until the end of July, there’s a nice little pocket of time for partnership. Jupiter, the planet of expansion, growth, and abundance, is in one of the strongest places it can be: in Pisces. This means that there’s a fertility and a wealth that comes through partnerships. She’s also closing a 28-year cycle, and is about to begin a new one at the end of the year. There’s a big boost in partnerships that will come back around again in December and hang out for a good portion of 2022. Commitments become a big focus.

The two luminaries in Nicole’s chart — the sun and the moon — are all about communication. Her sun is in Virgo and her moon is in Gemini. Both Virgo and Gemini are ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication. Her Mercury is in Leo, a very dramatic, performative sign. Nicole also has Chiron on her midheaven. Chiron is a minor planet that’s about healing. It is also a signature of doing something your own way. You’ve got to be able to buck the system and cut your own path.

I look at this chart and it’s a really lucky setup. I’m going to throw it out there — 2022 is going to be a really good dating year for Nicole. At the end of this year, I think she finds a new business opportunity or a new relationship. She’s closing one chapter and starting another while having Jupiter return in her seventh house of marriage and committed partnerships. It’s a really good situation.
